We requested a tune up and safety check on our garage door. Zach arrived at the time he said he would be here. He was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. He also provided some tips of what I could do to prolong the life of my doors. He lubricated the moving parts, checked out and adjusted the chain and also checked out the garage door opener. The only thing that was questionable were the cables that had begun to show signs of rusting. He said that it wasn’t a pressing issue, but eventually they would need to be replaced. He quoted the cost and I had him change them before we experienced a problem. He didn’t in any way press me to replace them now. It was totally up to me.
